SIKAPA CREDIT UNION is a credit union family established with a unique financial management platform online. It is purely an online credit union which every transaction happens online by the use of computers and mobile phones.

We have designed a very secured online software which enable all the members to transact their business online without going to banking hall to meet traffic and delays in their financial transactions.

The credit union is also having an affiliate system which use to drive the members to bring in more members and the system reward members very substantial commissions. This intend to be another job for every member on the platform.

SIKAPA CREDIT UNION is recognized by the Credit Unions Association of Ghana (CUA) as a new credit in the system and because of that we are in the process of getting a full license of the business from them after a few months of operation. The association have to monitor the activities of the credit union to make sure that we are right in order.

SIKAPA CREDIT UNION is determined to instill good business practices in all its facets of operations by embracing realistic ideas from all stakeholders i.e. shareholders, supervisory authority, customers, personnel and the general public through the medium of discussion, consultations, suggestions, seminars and open forum and brain storming session. It is believed that by this methodology, the desirable productivity will be achieved and sustained.

Dr. Kwesi Opoku-Debrah- Vice Board Chairman

PhD, served as Vice President of International Agricultural Development at Clean Seed Capital Group Inc. Dr. Opoku-Debrah served as Vice President of International Agricultural Development at Clean Seed Capital Group Inc., since November 28, 2011 and served as its Director of Clean Seed Agricultural Technologies. A highly accomplished scholar, educator and entrepreneur, Dr. Opoku-Debrah has been a strong advocate for No Tillage Farming and Sustainable Agriculture for over 30 years and has extensive practical experience in Africa and North America. Among his many achievements, career highlights include serving as the Agricultural Team Leader of Evaluations for World Vision and USAID, local consultant to the World Bank and the Rome-based International Fund for Agricultural Development, and working in similar capacities with a number of other major NGO and governmental institutions that specialize in providing development aid to African nations. Prior to joining Vesco and Clean Seed Capital, Dr. Opoku-Debrah served as Regional Technical Advisor at the Central Africa Region Office for Agriculture and Environment of the Catholic Relief Services. In this role, Dr. Opoku-Debrah was part of an agriculture proposal review team and was responsible for the coordination and implementation of a No-Tillage Agriculture program funded by the Howard Buffett Foundation. He has been Director of Vesco Agricultural Technologies Inc., since November 2011. He holds degrees in agricultural economics, international agriculture and adult continuing and extension education from Cornell University USA, and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.

Eunas Kofi Eshun – Board Secretary

holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in French and Information Studies from the University of Ghana. He also holds Certificates in Software Engineering and Database Technology from IPMC College of Technology. Eunas again holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from the University of Ghana School of Law, and was called to the Ghanaian Bar in 2017. Eunas worked for three years as an IT Instructor at IPMC College of Technology where he taught various modules in basic computing. He also taught modules in Software Engineering, particularly programming in Languages such as C, C++ and C#, as well as System Analysis and Design. In the area of Database Technology, he taught Database Programming using Microsoft Platforms such as MS Access and MS SQL Server. He is currently a practising Lawyer with interests in general litigation and commercial practice.
